PTG's mechanical engineers have intimate knowledge and experience of the design, construction and build process of our machines, which means they can address any issue with a machine with the utmost speed and efficiency.
PTG offers an excellent parts manufacturing service, since its machines are in constant use and tooling is crucial to the efficiency and effectiveness of a machine. As a result, unlike many other machine tool manufacturers, PTG is able to offer qualified advice on any tooling issue.
When experience is required on-site, PTG engineers will even travel at short notice to attend to a machine.
But, crucially, given the experience of the company's engineers, who have all been intimately involved in the design and manufacture of the machines, very often a phone call from a customer is all that it takes for them to identify and solve a problem.
