We offer contracted services that include guaranteed response be it telephone support, remote diagnostic by PC, mechanical, electronic or applications engineers attending your site to support breakdowns or programming problems.

Our service team includes dedicated full time mechanical, electrical, electronic and applications engineers ensuring that all eventually can be dealt with.

We have a list of call out numbers available ensuring someone is always available to take your call.

We also offer comprehensive service contracts and spare parts services. Our in house design team, machine shop, mechanical, electrical and electronics engineers ensure cover and planned maintenance service are available at all times.
