Almost all new Binns & Berry and Crawford Swift machine tools are equipped with digital monitoring and diagnostics technology.

This means that in the event of an electrical or software fault, one of our experienced engineers will usually be able to identify the problem remotely.

Remote diagnosis is free of charge. Where a software issue is discovered, this can often be resolved without the need for an engineer visit.

If your machine's CNC unit does not offer remote diagnostics, we can retrofit this option as part of a CNC upgrade. Please call for details.
