Sales Engineer – Holroyd Precision Components

Holroyd Precision Components is looking for a full time Sales Engineer to process incoming orders, respond to customer enquiries, help meet targets and support the division’s Manufacturing Engineers. To be considered for this newly created role, you must have a good understanding of precision-engineered components and the order-to-shipping process of an organisation operating in global markets. For the right candidate, the role provides the opportunity to progress to a more senior customer-focused position. Closing date for applications: 30th July 2021.

Production Engineer – Holroyd Precision Components

As a world-leader in the design, manufacture and supply of high-precision compressor rotors and other helical components, Holroyd Precision Components requires a highly experienced Production Engineer. Passionate about quality and committed to further improving the manufacturing processes at our facilities in the UK, USA and China, the successful applicant will have substantial experience of milling, turning and precision grinding (metal cutting). Ensuring production delivery deadlines are met, writing machine programmes, identifying tooling requirements, and leading feasibility reviews into new manufacturing challenges will also be key requirements of the role. You will also be prepared to travel overseas as required. Closing date for applications: 30th July 2021.

Control System Software Engineer – Precision Technologies Group

Our world-class rotor milling, rotor grinding and friction stir welding machines simplify the most complex manufacturing processes. Joining us as a Control System Software Engineer, you will write, maintain, commission and test our machine control software. Although you’ll work primarily with Siemens 840D CNC, it is essential that you are also fluent in Siemens S7, Siemens Sinumerik ONE, TIA, Safety and WinCC, and are able to support Bosch Indramat, Fanuc and our in-house controls, as well as legacy machines. Involved in process design, risk assessment and creating functional specifications, you will provide technical support and carry out machine commissioning. You will also be prepared to travel within the UK and overseas as required. Closing date for applications: 30th July 2021.
